Caroline has over 30 years of experience working in the hospitality & hotel sector and rental & leasing industry. She started her career in the hotel industry, working in locations throughout the UK and returned home to Aberdeen to launch her career within a leading leasing company where she developed her knowledge and skills. Caroline had provided her expertise to many clients and also a seamless service in relocating to the north east of Scotland. Caroline is delighted to be back in the leasing sector and looks forward to welcoming clients old and new to Caroline Walker Property Leasing Ltd.
Lesley Crooks, Property Manager
Having worked in the Aberdeen property leasing industry for the last ten years, Lesley brings a wide range of managerial experience to the roll. Having achieved the ARLA Propertymark NFoPP Technical Award in Residential Letting & Property Management (Scotland), you can rest assured your property is in safe hands.
Lesley is passionate about all aspects of property leasing and will be looking after your property from marketing right through to inspections & maintenance. We are delighted that Lesley has joined our team and we warmly welcome her on board.
Katie Hutcheon, Senior Property Manager
Katie joined our team in March 2023 as a Property Manager, having had previous property industry experience for over 3 years.
Katie achieved ARLA Propertymark NFoPP Technical Award in Residential Letting & Property Management (Scotland) with CWPL and is efficient in all aspects of property leasing from marketing, check-ins, inspections and maintenance.
Katie is motivated individual with an array of customer service experience, working to deadlines delivery quality end results. Having experience in different roles and responsibilities with the property industry, she is continually developing her skills and knowledge to ensure tenant and landlord experience is dealt with in a first-class way.
Tom Bremner, Property Manager
Tom joined CWPL in September 2022 as Property Leasing Administrator and developed to Property Manager role in March 2023 which was part of a business reorganisation.
Tom has previous experience working in Manchester as a Business Development Team Lead for a Chartered Surveyors and also held a position as a Property Sales Negotiator for a Express Estate Agency business, which shows he has experience in both residential and commercial properties.
Tom is energetic and friendly with an approachable nature who develops and maintains positive connections with property owners and tenants.
He is currently working towards achieving his ARLA Property mark NFoPP Technical Award in Residential Letting & Property Management (Scotland) qualification.
Amy Cowan, Finance/Admin Assistant
Amy initially joined CWPL as part of her third year university placement. She has remained within the company since 2021 and since graduating is now part of the finance team. Amy’s role not only involves working in finance, but also comprises of managing the property certificates, marketing properties, and assisting the property managers.
Amy thoroughly enjoys working at CWPL and loves that no two days are the same!
Paul Walker, Viewing Associate
Paul is currently in his final year at Robert Gordon University studying International Business Management. Whilst studying Paul works with us showing properties to potential tenants. Paul is sociable, friendly and conscientious individual who acts on behalf of the landlord, showing properties in a professional manner, explaining the features and amenities to help find suitable tenants.
During Paul’s free time he actively plays football for a local amateur football team and has successfully achieved player of the year and been voted as Manager player of the year.
Sylwia Brys-Synakiewicz, Viewing Associate
Sylwia joined CWPL in January 2022 and has been an invaluable part of the team ever since. She’s charismatic, enthusiastic and passionate about property. From conducting viewing appointments, to staging properties for photos, Sylwia can turn her hand to anything, and we are delighted to have her as part of our team.
