Caroline has over 30 years of experience working in the hospitality & hotel sector and rental & leasing industry. She started her career in the hotel industry, working in locations throughout the UK and returned home to Aberdeen to launch her career within a leading leasing company where she developed her knowledge and skills. Caroline had provided her expertise to many clients and also a seamless service in relocating to the north east of Scotland. Caroline is delighted to be back in the leasing sector and looks forward to welcoming clients old and new to Caroline Walker Property Leasing Ltd.

Property Manager
Sara joined CWPL in October 2025 and brings over 14 years of experience in property leasing. She has comprehensive expertise managing the leasing process from start to finish, including marketing properties, screening tenants, negotiating leases, and ensuring smooth move-ins. Sara works closely with landlords to provide a high level of service, offering clear communication, sound advice, and a proactive approach to property management.
Known for her strong attention to detail and excellent people skills. She is a valued asset to the CWPL team, recognised for her professionalism, reliability, and commitment to maintaining high standards of service at all times.
Charlotte Irvine
Property Manager
Charlotte joined CWPL team in October 2024 as Property Manager. Charlotte brought a wealth of Customer service experience and is polite, professional, efficient, good at building relationships and has excellent communication skills.
Charlotte deals with a large property portfolio, managing all aspects of leasing from dealing with perspective tenants, checking in clients, handling maintenance and inspections for her properties and communicating regularly with landlords. Charlotte is a key member of the team and a real asset to CWPL.
Rachel Baldie
Property Manager
Rachel joined CWPL in October 2024 in Finance and Compliance and has since been promoted to Property Manager. In her new role, she manages a large property portfolio, overseeing all aspects of leasing—from meeting prospective tenants and checking in clients to handling maintenance, inspections, and regular communication with landlords. Rachel is polite, professional, and approachable, with excellent communication skills and a natural talent for building strong relationships.
Nicola Lappin
Finance and Compliance Administration
Nicola joined CWPL in September 2025, bringing over 10 years of experience in the leasing industry. She works closely with our Finance Manager to ensure Landlords receive their rental payments on time and handles payments to third-party contractors. In addition Nicola has responsibility to oversee compliance, ensuring that tenants receive the highest quality accommodation, properties remain safe, and all legal obligations are met.
Nicola has a friendly nature, professionalism, and extensive experience in Property Leasing.
Sylwia Brys-Synakiewicz, Viewing Associate
Sylwia joined CWPL in January 2022 and has been an invaluable part of the team ever since. She’s charismatic, enthusiastic and passionate about property. From conducting viewing appointments, to staging properties for photos, Sylwia can turn her hand to anything, and we are delighted to have her as part of our team.
Jill Watt
Office Administration/ Reception
Jill has been with CWPL since 2021 and brings several years of experience in property leasing, having progressed from a Viewing Associate to her current role as Administrator and Receptionist. As the first point of contact for visitors, Jill manages general enquiries via phone and email, assists with arranging property viewings, and ensures a welcoming and professional experience for all clients.
Jill is also responsible for coordinating key collections and maintaining accurate key management for landlords, ensuring internal systems are kept up to date and operate efficiently at all times. Her strong organizational skills and attention to detail make her a valued member of the CWPL team.
Susan Rhodes

Reception
Susan is welcoming first point of contact for clients, visitors, and contractors to CWPL. She manages the front desk and coordinates a wide range of administrative tasks with efficiency and attention to detail. Susan handles enquiries via email and telephone, schedules property viewings, and oversees the collection and return of keys for landlords, tradespeople, and contractors. She also lists new properties on the website, presenting them at their best with accurate details and photos. Additionally, Susan assists with tenant referencing for potential new tenants, working closely with the Property Manager to ensure smooth and seamless move-ins..
